What If No One Is Home When My Package Arrives?
Couriers usually notify you the evening before delivery. If you’re unavailable, you can leave a note with alternative instructions, like dropping the parcel off with a neighbor. However, following special delivery requests is at the courier’s discretion. If delivery isn’t completed, a notice will be left with instructions to reschedule.
